| Sheepshead Bay is a very quaint neighborhood that houses many piers for commercial fishing. The water front is lined with restaurants including the famous Randazzos. There are also a variety of shops. Just outside of the bay on the Plum Beach flats wind surfers and kiteboarders ride the waves.

| Coney Island is only a ten minute boat or cab ride away. Coney Island boasts the famous Nathan’s, the historical Parachute Drop, Astro Land Park, and the famous New York Aquarium. It is also the site for the new Keyspan Park where the New York Mets farm team “The Brooklyn Cyclones” battle it out.

| A ten minute walk to the Sheepshead Bay Road train station will bring you to New York City’s Time Square in the heart of Manhattan in only a thirty minute train ride.
